Making software make sense
Making software make sense
After spending 10 years working directly in the automotive industry, I moved into SaaS implementation and focused on helping repair businesses transition from legacy systems to modern, cloud-based technology.

FEATURED WORK
How I've turned complex problems into practical solutions

Enterprise Business Networks

Supporting a large automotive network means working with a lot of different people, from corporate leadership to individual shop owners and service teams. I help keep implementations moving by making sure everyone understands what’s changing and what it means for their shop. That might mean helping an owner see the value of the transition, turning corporate requirements into workflows that actually work in the shop, or helping teams communicate when priorities don’t always line up.

Driving Customer Adoption

Driving Customer Adoption
~30 Onboardings Per Quarter
~30 Onboardings Per Quarter
I usually have around 30 customer onboardings going at once each quarter. No two customers are the same. Some are switching from another shop management system, while others need more hands-on support getting comfortable with new technology. I meet customers where they are while keeping each implementation on track.

Product Insight
Product Insight
Every implementation brings up different questions and problems, but I often see the same issues come up across multiple customers. When I notice a pattern, I bring it to our product teams so we can look at what’s causing it and whether it needs to be addressed. I work with our product pods, CX, and development teams on everything from taxonomy and retention to specific bugs and upcoming releases. Because I’m working directly with customers every day, I can give the product team a better idea of what’s actually happening in the field and which issues are affecting customers the most.

The result is a continuous feedback loop between the people using the product and the teams building it.

What do customers actually need? How are those needs translated into product decisions? Where do better solutions start?

What My Clients Say
Getting the software live is only part of the job. A successful implementation means making sure the people using it feel supported and ready for the change.

Julia was absolutely outstanding to work with. From the very beginning, she was knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely committed to helping us succeed. She took the time to understand our needs, answered every question clearly, and made what could have been a complicated process feel smooth and manageable. What really stood out was her responsiveness and attention to detail—nothing slipped through the cracks, and she always followed up to make sure everything was working perfectly. Her professionalism and friendly approach made the entire experience not just easy, but actually enjoyable.

"The rapport with Julia was wonderful. She was accomodating and pleasant at all times. But, more importantly, she was forthcoming with tips, how to's and explaining in detail even what seemed inconsequential."
